Description:
Also known as a thermostat, the Water Temperature Regulator is used in a cooling unit to help regulate the temperature of the engine coolant. It is typically located at the engine outlet where the coolant flows from the engine block to the radiator. It consists of a valve mechanism that opens and closes based on the coolant temperature.
 
Features:
• Maximum allowable leakage in the housing and sleeve is 100 CC/MIN at 30 PSI.
• Helps dissipate excess heat generated by the engine and maintain a stable operating temperature.
